meet me
where it began
I was born in Iowa, but raised in Nebraska. I’m a true middle child from the Midwest. I was the child who always liked being the center of attention and constantly annoyed my parents with the amount of redecorating I was doing in our home. When I was little I took it upon myself to redecorate my dad’s very old pickup truck in full Hawaiian theme (thankfully my design aesthetic has evolved).
my favorite things
Some of my favorite things include weekly (sometimes daily) visits to Starbucks, collecting coffee table books, antiquing, accumulating heirloom pieces, collecting candles, traveling to inspiring cities and keeping an immaculate home (I’m always cleaning…and rearranging furniture).
who i am + my why
I want to create spaces that reflect you and make you feel something. I believe homes are where memories are built and where we spend the majority of our lives. I believe it takes a family to truly make a house a home. I believe no two homeowners are the same. I believe it’s important to create an inspiring home that reflects the individual aesthetic of each homeowner.
my personal style
I would describe my personal style as organic, raw and natural. I typically draw design inspiration from Parisian, Italian, and Scandinavian cities with the beautiful coastal feel of California. My typical design aesthetic is drawn towards clean lines, simplicity, and minimalism.
